Our studio is ideal for family, baby, child, branding boudoir and cake smash sessions. You can rent it for a minimum of 2 hours per booking. Additionally, we offer membership plans with 8, 12, or 16 hours per month, allowing flexibility in scheduling sessions at your convenience.
How can I schedule my hours for studio rental?
Upon membership, you will receive access to our calendar system. Using this platform, you can easily schedule and manage your hours for studio rental based on availability.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booked hours?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booked hours based on our cancellation policy. Please refer to our policy or contact us directly for assistance with rescheduling your sessions.
Will the Meeting IPS Room always be as personalized as it is in the sample photos?
No, the Meeting IPS Room's personalized setup may vary based on individual preferences and sessions. We offer ledges in the studio where you can display your portraits during your session. Additionally, you can enhance your rental by adding backdrop paper, providing further customization and versatility to suit your specific aesthetic or branding needs.
What amenities are included in the studio rental?
The studio is equipped with essentials for photography sessions with additional equipment available for rent. Additionally, we have a meeting room available, perfect for discussions about upcoming sessions. It also serves as a private space for changing or accessing the TV for In-Person Sales (IPS).
Is there a fee for uncleaned cake smash sessions?
Yes, any cake smash sessions left uncleared will incur a $50 cleaning fee. Maintaining the space's cleanliness ensures a pleasant experience for all users.
Are there any restrictions on the types of sessions I can book?
Our studio specializes in various sessions, including boudoir, cake smash, family, baby, newborn, and branding sessions. It's important to note that all boudoir sessions in our studio require full coverage of windows using a translucent window diffuser for privacy.
Do you provide entertainment items for children when they're not being photographed?
Yes, we offer a variety of toys that you're welcome to use for children's entertainment during sessions. Additionally, we have a changing table that doubles as a table for those who may not require the changing table option. We aim to ensure a comfortable and accommodating environment for families during their time at the studio.
How do I become a member, and what are the benefits?
Signing up for our membership plans of 8, 12, or 16 hours per month is straightforward. Membership offers discounted rates, priority booking, and access to exclusive member-only events.
What are the payment options for studio rental or membership?

I see things on the ceiling, what is that?
What you're noticing is our highly flexible track system. This system is designed for curtains but can be utilized for various purposes based on your needs. Some clients have used it to hang vertical Christmas decorations, props, or other creative elements during their sessions. Additionally, there are two white grids on the ceiling that are fully usable for hanging props. These grids are particularly ideal for items like balloons, flowers, or any other elements that might enhance your session's aesthetic. Feel free to utilize these features to add your unique touch to the studio space!
Do I need to provide proof of business insurance to rent the studio?
Yes, we require proof of business insurance to ensure the protection of both parties. If you don't currently have a policy, we recommend considering Hiscox, a trusted provider known for tailored coverage for small businesses. Having adequate insurance safeguards your equipment, liabilities, and ensures a secure environment for all studio users. Accessibility Note: Our studio is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, and regrettably, there is no elevator access available. We understand the importance of accessibility and want to inform our clients that while the studio is on the 2nd floor, two bathrooms are conveniently accessible on the same floor for your convenience. If accessibility is a concern for you, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you in finding a suitable solution.
